Wouldn't a better outcome for shareholders be to stop exploring, finish the DFS, release it to market, get the share price to 60c and then do the capital raising.
Instead of needing to raise 50m shares, they would only need to dilute by 20m or a factor of 10-13% (as apposed to 30%).
This is a poor decision.
