I greatly appreciate the constructive comments and posts on this topic to help me understand this better.
I have seen this in a couple of other AGMs.
If the company (or any company requesting approval on this) gets permission now, it saves time trying to get permission at a later time.
So what advantages are there for having a placement facility?
Just because you have one or approval for one, does not mean that you will actually use it?
