    why does TBR need an additional 10% placement facility in addition to the 15% when it holds
    such large realisable assets plus large income flows?
    as the share price has been tracking its liquidation value virtually any funds raised must be modest
    compared to immediately available funds except for a spectacular discovery or deal.
    it also seems a contradiction to the share buy back
    I hope some obscure company isn't going to take part in a future placement.
