haha they are only offered to sophisticated investors (people with alot of money) or institutions...we miss out unfortunately. There is a type of placement called a share purchase plan where shareholders can participate in the discount but not in this case.
you wont notice any difference from now on regarding the new issued shares, todays action has factored it all in.
