    Another 1.2m shares @ 1.84c to YA Global to pay down the loan.

    I thought YA agreed to pay 3c for the converted shares?

    Thought it sounded too good to be true.

    YA will own over half the company by the time this loan is paid off. Its a good job they cant cash them in. (Or are they lying about that too?)
