Well, if thats the case, I wasn't too far off the mark in my last post. Though its a shame that more dilution has to occur.

Takeover proofing is good in my opinion. I don't want to have some big fish come in a make a bid that, while being greater than the current SP, still undervalues the longterm SP of this company.

Question is, what specifically will be done with the capital that has been raised? Another mill or another decline and mill?
