    Sandybeaches if they are existing shareholders wouldnt you think that the placement holders would wait to see what allocation they received before selling...if they are not existing shareholders they would have nothing to sell...as far as i am aware the Placement has not yet been finalised..no indication yet that their is any such selling

    Can WHN be shorted...
