Its a more than fair placement... for existingshareholders generates cash and allows immediate commencement of high impact drilling program on a number of fronts... this will only strengthen sp.

the free option for every two shares... the options are already trading at 26 c so thats a 13 cent gain for every 40 c share picked up now..instant profit like that might see some profit taking but in the long run i'd prefer to hold on to the free options that may well be worth $2 each in less than 12 months time!!!
