If you read the bloomberg article about FMS in how they engineered a pump and dump, all could be smoke and mirros at this point.

Bottom line is until Han Long calls whatever price is final, it isn't final.

GJ can't explain to shareholders how HanLong changed it's mind in 30 days when acquring a resource for the next 30 years (in light of a 50% upgrade).
