M8 , what I would say to anyone interested in being involved in a placement is to approach the company of choice and tell them so. I have a feeling that they can include a small number of others, in with the sophisticated investors, who may not otherwise qualify. I have a reason for saying this but it maybe incorrect. The only way to find out is to start by contacting the company in which you are interested, be it CTO, or some other specie.
