I agree with you Doc. Best you buy back in if you truly believe.
Considering this issue will provide a new floor price this effectively locks in gains to date barring no bad news.
Good outcome in my opinion.
Someones going to look verrry silly if the trial plant does not prove up. I can only presume that chances of its success are around 99.99999% for smart money to be coming in at these levels.
