    THere is nothing sinister behind this at all. Rick Wood was already retired from corporate life...and he stepped into the CEO role just over a year ago due to the problems ELK were having at the time. He did so reluctantly, and he has taken this opportunity to move on now that things appear to have stabilised for ELK.
