    Hi Peggs,
    I don't mind seeing cap raisings going only to insiders providing the price is not discounted much agreed it's better at a premium. To my mind it usually means shares are going up from here. Cap raisings cast to all shareholders are usually little more than passing the begging bowl around,and share prices tend to go accordingly.
