The question has to be... are the people who take up the insto offer planning on keeping their shares. not saying this is going to happen with bru, but there are a lot of instances where the shares are issued and then immediately sold at what ever profit/loss presents itself.
it would be good to have a world where retail holders get equal access to capital raising. is having control over who is the issuance is offered to equitable? usually for retail holders... arguably, no.
anyway, this isn't really a post on bru. they have been doing v.well with more news flow coming. more oil and gas discovery this year would be great.
