how is it that all those people knew about it before we did (institutions and other large holders as would seem the case reading here). the fact that the announcement revealed it was oversubscribed means it was touted about town for who knows how long??? well, perhaps a look at the chart over the last 6 weeks gives us an idea of just how long we were kept in the dark.
