they unlikley placement has happened but like I said a further cap raise would be via a private placement. When you consider that $6mill / 0.36c = approx 17mill shares, then its not exactly a huge dilution.. actually to get a placement at this rate is very positive, only shows that major investors know what potential mmn has.
