re: placement/raising entropylord Don't hate what you say entropylord as you usually put up well founded reasons, I can respect that. BUT I beg to differ re your impressions of management, though I have not met or seen them in the flesh, as you may have. My impressions from the web site and announcements is of a well presented company, giving clear and concise presentations with good indication of outlook and expectations. Also a company that takes pride in and delegates well to it's senior staff and employees, with a significant representation of female staff so no chauvinism. So I don't read the arrogance or egotism you seem to observe. I will however keep a closer observation in future to check the veracity of your accusations. I hope it's not just sour grapes for having sold out too early. Small companies sometimes have to beat the drum a little loud to get market attention, as long as they keep it honest and don't privilege certain share holders over others. regards
