    Hi Junky,

    There's no fixed time and they could be sold almost straight away. However you have to allow about a week or so (at least 3 days) for the back office to get organised.

    The main reason they are not sold straight away is because you would flood the market. Pushing the price back to 11.5 cents is self defeating.

    The advantage or investing (or punting) your own money is that you don't have to justify your actions to anybody. When it's someone else's money they can be (increasingly) very demanding. That's why companies are willing to place stock with the big insto's rather than smaller organisations who may try and stag.

    If we could get the messy rabble at Hotcopper to pool funds we could potential raise enough to participate in a placement or even get a small cap to give a briefing (BSG are just down the road from me). However I doubt we'd ever get that organised.
