Sorry cannot help you. Apart from your statement of claim not being very clear, it does seem most strange and cannot help wonder why you wait this long to raise an issue allegedly from early 2010 ?
Regardless if you have the relevant documentation and proof of transactions through your broker, payments etc., you need to take the matter up with ASIC.
