Now we know why the sp couldn't get through 20c last week. I'd say the initial placement shares have already been churned for a 5c profit.
Poor form by management. Should have let the stock run and placed less shares at 25c. Maybe they had some mates that needed a topup.
Having said that, in a couple of weeks we'll be over this and the sp should move past 25c.
