    Looking at GBST's business model, the IT&E holding is a sensible one.

    Agree that timing of placement is interesting in terms of recent management/board changes. Perhaps GBST have some confidence in the new chair/CEO combination to steer the firm in the right direction. Especially with pricing of placement, usually these are at a discount not premium to latest share price for small speccy type companies.
