    The Directors of Indo Mines Limited (?Indo Mines? or ?Company?) are pleased to announce that the Company has undertaken a strategic placement of 20 million shares at an issue price of $0.27 a share to Rockcheck Steel Beijing Co. Ltd (?Rockcheck?). After the placement, Rockcheck
