PLACEMENT TO YUNNAN TIN AT $1.00 PER SHARE
YTC Resources Limited is pleased to announce the placement of 2,760,610 shares at
$1.00 per share to its major shareholder Yunnan Tin TDK Resources Australia (TDK), a
wholly owned subsidiary of Yunnan Tin Company Group Limited of China. The
placement has received all necessary approvals including F.I.R.B.
The funds will be directed towards YTC’s expansion of the Tallebung Tin Project, its
ongoing exploration projects in NSW and to fund the development of the Company’s tin
strategy.
