    Request for further extension indicates the following:

    1 - the company (HNR) is confident that the Share price is undervalued, and hence has engaged with Shandong for another period of time

    2 - The recent surge in price is less likely to be related to speculation on the funding

    3 - the wording of the announcement suggests that management have complete trust in shandong's ethics.

    Early days but can't be disappointed with recent events.
