    I've taken up my full entitlement and applied for the same number in any shortfall
    There are bidders for 14m shares at .014 and above and precious few sellers at 2 cents and below so I don't expect the SP to fall much from it's present levels
    Hence IMO the Rights Issue will be oversubscribed
