I once had Lynas shares and found that waiting for things to happen in Malaysia was very frustrating. Stupid stunts like the Government there approving a licence to operate, but then taking 6 months or whatever to actually issue it. End result is that I resolved to never again touch a stock that did its business in Malaysia. The same thing is happening to me again here with Thailand. It is Thailand though that will come out of this badly- I for one wouldn’t be investing in any other company doing its business there. I feel pretty confident though that our payday is getting near - thanks to RSK’s perseverance. I do think the company could do a bit more to help itself, certainly on the communications with shareholders front. it could also be more proactive about addressing the ongoing manipulation that has been plaguing our share price. Just as Bank of America pumped the share price to $2.40, it and others have taken it down again - all illegally with the assistance of our ASX’s providing a platform that allows this illegality to occur. lol, maybe I should add Australia to my list of countries not to invest in!

As for your plan CHN to invest in banks, I’m not sure it’s the right time for that.

Seriously, we can never complain about market manipulation anymore. It is very clear what's happening ! The shareprice has plummeted from $1.49 at the time of AGM presentation to $1.25 because the November & know December production figures are being withheld deliberately .

Demand that they release them in an official ASX release to prove the AGM presentation wasn't fluff ..

See below: They know what they are ! They released August's on the Monday straight after the Thursday pour , only 4 day's later.

So first thing Monday morning they actually know all of November + All of December + 1st Week in January if they wanted to be transparent and stop this shareprice destruction if the AGM presentation BOOMER figure was true....

Or the longer they withhold this, the lower we go because Mr Market smells something fishy & i'm sick to death of investing in this company where everything is fishy ! Thai Bank loan stunk so fishy that it's even disappeared completely. The "imminent" Sale of Neuva Esperanza is getting more fishy the longer it festers.

I've done the best i can to demand they perform better & it's know up to the rest of you ! I've destroyed My relationship to try and keep them doing the best for us.. I've been demanding answers since i saw Jamie blowing our buyback cash flying 2x Thai workers in from Thailand just to stand around and smile at Diggers & Dealers conference and AFL Bangkok pi$$up party..... DEMAND they release this information & if it's true we rally back to $1.50 in a heart beat. if it's fake, then we shouldn't fall anymore because Mr Market is already predicting the presentation was rubbish.

Shareholders are sponsoring another Bangkok pi$$up party with our expensive Debt this month AGAIN !

I'm surprised our Credit Card has anything left in Thailand after the Huge Xmas & New Years Chatree Festival Carnival Xmas decorations and New Years eve party hat's expenditure.
