I wanted to start a new thread because I'm hoping the company reads this.
The placement announcement was announced back on 28/3/2023 at $1.50.
I don't think I have ever seen a company have a placement and remain under the placement price for so long.
It's now 9 months later and we are supposedly in a better position than back then but our SP is 15% lower than the placement price.
Just before Christmas, I was listening to Greg Mannarino and he was saying that shares usually pump coming to the end of the year because bonuses are rewarded to Directors on share price performance.
If that's the case why have Ross and Jamie rewarded themselves for a falling share price? Now we have to borrow money at a higher rate to get Plant 1 started. Yes, it might be because of other reasons like royalties upfront etc I accept that.
Yesterday I sold 12000 shares after holding 255000 shares for over 8 years some I bought at $4 some bought at 23c.
The reason I sold is because cost of living and I needed some more trading money. I'm watching other stocks I have selected go up 400% in a few weeks yet KCN continues to be the same share price it was 10 years ago.
It seems like everyone is cashing in the BOD, The Thai Worker, The Thai government Everyone except the shareholder. We have gone backwards because of Dilution.
Ross and Jaime, there is no floor in the share price unless you start the Buyback, you have found a higher grade start pumping it through the plant and get us in a good cash position be more aggressive.
If you can't do the job step aside and get a management team that can.
I don't intend to sell any more shares but I ask this? As the cost of living goes up how many of us need cash to survive because we don't get dividends yet and will need to sell stock?
The whales keep buying while our management drags the chain.
Ross if you are all about helping loyal shareholders like you say you do stop stuffing up and get your s%it together.
