While I'm positive about the t&c's of the new placement, there is one thing that bothers me:

Re: "Unilife has received commitments from sophisticated and professional investors, with strong

What about the US investors?

Same for the SPP....
"The Company is also pleased to announce the terms of an offer to eligible shareholders of the
Company with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand (Eligible Shareholders)...."

What about the US shareholders?

Basically what I don't understand is..... we went to NASDAQ to get the US investors enticed, correct? Why is there not a single comment about US or other international investors?
