this must be disappointing for holders, last cap. raise 24/2 was for $28mill @ 0.02 (1.25bill shares issued to soph. investor plus 150mill to share holders), this was a discount of around 23% to market price ave. over last 10 days 0f 0.026. So if it goes to a similar plan, lets say $10mill cap. raise, then last 10 days ave. was 0.04 with conservative 20% discount = 0.032 issue price for 320mill shares. This will give the register a whopping 3.0 bill shares approx. that could make it very difficult for the s.p to move significantly in the future. I wish all holders goodluck.
