    It is hard to get something going Gulf. No one is posting,only looking. At least it was nice to see a bit of a rise today, first for a while.

    The announcement re the placement did not seem to say that all the $1.4 m was in. Only about 6 million shares. Perhaps this is the first instalment. Any comments?
