Agree Debono
My biggest fear was how this (delicate) stage would be handled regarding finance. Large raising results in heavy dilution and in turn kills the upside for holders (giving the profits to the big boys instead).
A "light" raising here shows that they are confident at raising at better prices later which in turn shows confidence in what they have in the ground.
