I would have thought the bit about the dates is just a standard clause that would rarely if ever be implemented.
I'd be amazed if they would pull the plug without notice to eleigible shareholers who hadn't yet applied (like me!)
IMO don't expect any feedback until after it has closed and I'd be very surprised if that's not after 11 Nov.
