    Reference to Annual meeting should have been General Meeting.

    A General Meeting was held on 10th of November, to approve the capital raisings and shares issued.

    The delay in issuing shares is not unusual....
    If the shares have not been issued by monday, one must start wondering what is going on.

    I suspect some sophisticated investors have been slow in providing their pledged money.
