Don't take this as gospel, for i don't know the source personally, even though i have invited them to verify themselves, but I got an email from this someone a couple of days ago stating that they were the only person that actually went to the AGMeeting.
1 person showed up???
If this is true, it's no wonder the Directors go their wishes on all the resolutions.
Apparently the Directors weren't very happy with what this person had to say and one Director in particular had his best mate there - like a minder, one assumes.
This company is truly an asx listed myth.
