I spoke with the company the other day and also heard from a broker that had spoken with Alpha securities. The broker said that the company was reconciling the applications and that was the delay. Anyway, i hope that it all turns out ok, but i am concerned that when the shares are issued, there will be a rush to sell them.

On another note, can someone tell me why the directors are issuing AUD$620,000 of shares to themselves under the funding bonus deal, when the bonus was actually a maximum of $500K USD. If the answer is that this is the amount provided for in the 2009 accounts, it is WRONG, as the actual liability is $500K USD, which at todays rate or even the rate at the time of the meeting was closer to parity. Therefore, they have overpaid themselves by approx $100K.
