Someone( exactly who?)told you that they are having problems reconciling the money that was received two months ago. Does that mean no cheque with applications or no application with funds?

AND in your opinion this will contribute to the sp getting "smashed" when the shares are issued. No reason offered as to WHY?

Hang on.... you also spoke to a broker ( competitor) who has spoken to Alpha Sec confirming the reconciliation problem.
