Silex Systems Limited (SLX) has this morning entered a trading halt for the completion of a $89.1m Underwritten Placement (11.0% of issued capital) at a fixed price of $5.40 per share. The Placement Price represents a 16.9% discount to yesterday's closing price.
This will be followed by a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) with a record date of 6 December 2010.
