the directors have thrown no surprises, i was only 4 weeks off when on the 11/11/10 i posted potential CR around the corner.....

am surprised with this thread that everyone with broker contacts is calling it a 'placement' rather than a cap raising which the ann clearly states.

Obvious timing as cash position is weak, gold price is rocketing, company is at feasabilty stage and sp is at much higher levels than it was 2-3 months ago.

question.... why now and not after feasibilty is announced as if it deems to be very positive sp would rocket and CR could be done at higher sp levels resulting in less dilution and more capital being raised????

IMO

If placement is at 20c and PRU take full entitlement extremely positive for company....expect it to run to 30c over coming days.....

If it's a cap raising at a lower price ie. 16-18c then expect sp to drop to those levels.....
