Again I am not speaking from experience but how can smaller shareholder get a piece of a capital raising wouldn't it be to costly for the company to organize such a venture instead of seeking a smaller number of larger investments in essence being the best interest of shareholders e.g us! I mean cost of raising capital is just as important as the reason for raising capital. Btw where are you guys getting this info I have looked all over the net can't find anything on this 10 mill raising at 20 cents
