Not as bad as everyone was predicting

a placement of 11,050,000 shares at .008 to Dutchess opportunity Fund, 11

this isn't all bad afterall now

at least it wasn't at .003 or anything ridiculous

so now I dont expect a large dump by the soph to take a quick profit

lets hope they use the cash to get this metamizer going and move this SP along

somewhat better sentiment towards this stock now
