Just read it again.
Vote one, is the ratification of prior issue of securities.
I cant confirm if all funds have been received for share block 1, just that they were due on 14th. I do know which broker took the bulk & that they (& a number of others)have been nibbling away at this in the last few weeks.
I can only confirm that those who I know who have participated in this raise have their money in but admit that most is in teh 2nd block.
