i like the look of this placement
although not a huge amount of money, $4m will go a long way in exploring what i consider to be some very interesting prospects
the $3 ex price of the attached options expiring in under 18 months with the plus $4 acceleration clause is also encouraging as it indicates that both the subscribers & issuer have solid expectations - lets hope they are right
