coldie, (Why am I always the one playing devils advocate??) I see many posts on directors on other threads. Amazing those with rising SP's are great and the ones with plunging SP's are criminals. That Sciano was a property developer is irrelevant. (Gail Kelly, CEO of Westpac studied medicine, but started her working career as a teacher.) The thing is ,he IS GDN,and he has struggled in the job. Would PB have turned out differently with different management? Well management has changed, Haselby gone,Uncle Ricky D gone and others. I dont think they had much control of the 3 wells, that is the job of the drilling companies. Weatherfords(current darlings of WA gas exploration), absolutely stuffed P1, management took them to court and won. P2 and P3 problems had nothing to do with management. They should have been better prepared with the nightmare of documentation needed by the relevant authorities. Probably at least 18 months lost with all that. Abysmal reporting to shareholders (but brilliant comparedwith some,check out TSV anns!!)and promises of better liason not forthcoming so far.
