Usually a written contract between 2 parties and a hand shakr in good faith would mean an agreement has been made that will be carried out.
It's not Ralphs fault that RM Capital are a bunch of tossers who obviously have no integrity whatsoever.
They sound like they'd like to go to the horse races and place their bet once the race has been run, guarenteeing themselves a win.

Personally I'm stoked they didn't get their slimy hands on over 20 million FPO's and 20 million Oppies as they would've made an absolute mint out of those in 12 months or so.
