I think A_B is correct: the poster indicated that the raising would be at 26.5 cents, not at 29 cents (wishful thinking by the others? lol).
Hopefully this placement is with a cornerstone investor and not to sophisticated investors and / or bankers as they will surely flip any shares they get at 26.5 cents (if that is indeed the price) on any good news like a resources update (?).
