There was a post yesterday alluding to a CR, it is concerning that a HC poster new the details, would make me think it a placement to numerous investors and not one large chunk to CNPC or HQCEC.
Last raising was a SPP and quite successful, if they offer at this price to sophisticated investors, with a reserve upgrade pending, it would be extremely disappointing, coupled with CSG concerns, it becomes a sell.
But guess we have to wait to find out
