Don't think it was something Varun really would be interested in. When Cluff started exploring the only other info they had was that it had some old school french pits. Easier for Varun to farm it out, no risk, no up front costs, why wouldn't you?
Of course there is risk, but I am very happy currently and based on the SP over the last few weeks I think other people are as well...It seems to have held up quite well.
