I'll prob put in an order around the 1.4 1.5c level and see if it gets hit...
Ewob, the thing about that strategy is that what appears cheap now, won't appear cheap if your order gets hit. As an example, when the spruikers were in full force at 2.8c, if you had said you'd place an order at 2c to see if it gets filled, you'd have been very happy then, but would you have been happy if your order got filled?
The lower the price that capital which doesn't lead directly to revenue growth, the more weight on the share price that will create. Had this capital raising been to fund a roll-out, it would have been a buy at 2c. However, it is not. So another capital raising is coming, and 1.6c also become a questionable buy point.
For those who haven't figured out why 1.6c was paid, it is because the instos and SIs took into account the dilution that would be created by an extra 145m shares, and therefore revalued fair value from 2c to 1.6c. Why can't this happen again?
