What constitutes a "material change" WOY?

If there is no change in the deal,
no change in the contractual process,
no change in values agreed,
etc,
then, i presume,
no announcement ~ until deal is finalised.

Assuming the ducks have lined up for the funding - to purchase, and going forward with drilling, etc, these guys would also be waiting on the sidelines to get it all rolling ~ after our EGM approving (assumed) the whole situation.

So wer'e probably not the only ones waiting guys!
