Does anyone have any idea whether the company actually managed to complete their fund raising? Management's silence is very surprising and somewhat concerning....

I had emailed the Company and expressed my frustration with their proposed fund raising (ie only allowing exisiting shareholders to purchase max of 15k and the dilutive effects). I received no response despite being a top 5 shareholder. Am I also correct in understanding that they didn't engage Argonaught for their fund raising? I thought they had been supportive of the company and held a significant position?
